I went to a store that sells estate sale items to look at a photo album. It was gorgeous, but they wanted $280. Way out of my price range. I told the owner that I liked old photos and he directed me to a cabinet with many. I purchased five.

This one is from a studio Greenwood McKINNEY. McKinney is a town in Collin County, Texas. A number of the photos in the cabinet were from Texas. On the front of the photo is "Iva Husband" and on the back "Iva + Loyd Eddlemon." The handwriting was Palmer Method- my grandmother's handwriting was almost identical.

I searched Ancestry public trees for "Loyd Eddlem*n" with a wife Iva. I was uncertain about the spelling of Loyd, so did the similar option. That proved useful, because it turned out the man's first name was Floyd.

Floyd and Iva (Cobb) Eddlemon.

Floyd Newton Eddlemon was born on 24 October 1901 in McKinney, Collin County, Texas, son of James Nimrod Eddleman and Mary Telitha Hudson. He was married in 1921 in Collin County to Iva Mae Cobb. Iva was born on 12 September 1902 in Mason County, Texas, daughter of James Joel Cobb and Leafy Elizabeth Bradberry.

Twenty-Five Years Ago Today. Courier-Gazette (McKinney, Texas), 31 October 1946, page 2, column 5.

Two years prior to the marriage Floyd won the Texas State Championship in bicycle riding, placing first in a 16-mile-long race.

Floyd was a grocery merchant died from chronic nephritis on 5 April 1942 in McKinney and was buried there in Pecan Grove Cemetery.

Iva was married second in 1948 to Billy Hines Hanson. He died in 1987.

Iva died on 26 December 1991 in Dallas County, Texas. She was also buried in Pecan Grove Cemetery (she has two tombstones there).

Two more pictures from the store were of a relative of Iva. Both have "Barney Bradberry age 8 mo." on their back. They were taken at the Risdon studio in Clifton, Arizona.

On 6 January 1920, Mark (age 34) and Dimple (age 24) Bradberry and their one year, 4 month old child were living in Clifton, Greenlee County, Arizona. Mark was not working. Mark Bradberry was the brother of Leafy Elizabeth (Bradberry) Cobb. Little Barney was a first cousin of Iva.

Barney R. Bradberry died on 28 April 1982 at age 63, leaving behind a wife, two daughters, 10 grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren. He was buried in Cochise Gardens of Rest Cemetery in Benson, Cochise County, Arizona.
